Founded in 2023, ROBAN Design specializes in civil engineering and development services. With over two decades of experience, our team has designed and managed some of the best developments in the region. Our work is Colorado focused, with the goal of providing beautiful and cost optimized civil designs to enhance our community.

ROBAN Design is focused on beautiful and efficient development and Civil Engineering. Our team's portfolio includes nationally recognized master planned developments, revitalization projects, and large-scale transportation projects including the backbone subdivision for TPC Colorado, Serratoga Falls/Kitchel Lake, and various projects throughout Water Valley and Highland Meadows.
We pride ourselves of being the Swiss Army knife of engineering with many successful variations of residential and commercial development projects including but not limited to: The Flatts at Rigden Farm multi-family, Portofino and Vernaza Windsor mixed use developments, Power to Play, Iron Mountain, and various Aims Community College facilities.
Our Transportation portfolio includes roundabouts and arterial roadways through Timnath, Windsor, Loveland, Berthoud, and Fort Collins. We can design to support your development's transportation needs, integrating our civil design with traffic signals and major transportation infrastructure.
We have also provided some of the best grading and land shaping designs to support builders within our developments. We love to take our projects from developer's concepts to happy homeowners or end users and will support your project at every level of the development process.
